Returns & Delivery
We are a small family business with small children but we try very hard to ship orders out daily by 1st class recorded delivery. We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri) for UK deliveries, but all orders are shipped out 1st Class Recorded Delivery, so we hope for your order to arrive within 1-2 days (in the UK).
However, please contact us after 10 working days if your order hasn’t arrived with you, so we can track it. If you wish your order to be shipped out by Special / Next Day Delivery then please email us to arrange, stating your name and order number – there will be a surcharge for this service.
Delivery outside of the UK and during busy periods such as Christmas or Bank Holidays may take longer. In the event of a shipping delay at our end, we will advise you by email or telephone as soon as possible. Your order may just be stuck with customs, so it’s worth contacting us to ask us to track it.
All shipments are charged and shown at checkout.
Not what you were expecting? No problem! We accept returns for exchange or refund of the product price, providing it is returned within 14 days of receipt. Please enclose a note so we know if your return is an exchange or a refund, as this will speed up the service we give you.
Returned items must be in new condition, complete with ALL packaging that they came in [box, labels, accessories etc] as returns need to be acceptable to be returned back into stock. Please pack with due care to protect the packaging of the item returned.
Returned goods remain your property until we receive them back in new condition, so for your own security, we suggest you use registered mail for your return.
Please enclose or include the original shipping label as this helps us identify your order and process your return more quickly.
Please note, we do not refund the postage cost. We do expect you to check the measurements of your tap aerators prior to ordering, please see fitting guide and also this chart for your info, if you are still in doubt please contact us. If you didn’t pay for posting then £4.95 will be deducted from the refund to cover our costs.
